The management of NEW VISION has evolved over the last year as the company has hired seasoned professionals with international experience.
The business is overseen by Mr. Ahmed Hassan El Kawari who works as a chairman and also he is Assistant deputy minister for affairs of president of supreme judiciary council.

The General Manager is responsible for successfully planning and executing clients’ contracts on time, on scope, on budget improving profitability, ensuring quality execution and customer satisfaction.

New Vision has a professional Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all organization’s operations. He is responsible for improving performance, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. He manages a team of managers, training managers, and other departments.
Project Manager (MEP) / Construction Manager (MEP) position is fully responsible to successfully manage, execute, complete and handover multiple MEP projects related to infrastructure projects, Star Hotel projects, High Rise Towers, Airport projects, Metro projects etc.
The term MEP includes HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting & Electrical Systems. The Key responsibility include commitment to ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety.
New vision company has a good staff of civil engineers under Projects Managers positions , They are responsible for overall project management; this includes procurement, pre-construction, contract documentation, contract administration, project hand over and post construction servicing.
They have all the projects engineers and supervisory engineers reporting to them.
Company start to add this department to provide the company with Safety Management, Safety Training and Health Awareness implementation in the construction industry. At new vision company there are safety officers responsible for the inspection of the site and ensure conformance to the Health awareness, safety enforcement and sanitation standards.
They undertake daily inspections and prepare safety management reports for each construction site.
They are responsible in identifying the potential dangers and secures the exposure at each site before an accident occurs. They are responsible for the implementation of a zero tolerance policy on safety violations for all direct employees and sub-contractor labor on BIG work sites.
One of the important departments in the company to review all plans and specifications to make sure that all works, materials and procedures are done in accordance with QCS.
These include working closely with site engineers and sub-contractors to ensure that all activities and products undertaken reflect the specification committed to on the master plans and bid documents.
The department is responsible for organizational planning, job structure design, HR Policies and maintaining the employee benefits programs, implemented standard in house training programs and merit based competitive pay incentives.
This department and its officers responsible for the acquisition of supplies, services, and construction in support of the Authority’s business. The Procurement Department is the entity within both Authorities authorized to issue Invitations to Bid, Requests for Proposal, and Requests for Quotation and issue contracts. The Procurement Department issues purchase orders, develops term contracts, and acquires supplies and services. The Procurement Department also disposes of all surplus property and equipment.
The Authority’s overall objective is to ensure that goods and services are obtained expeditiously and economically, that operational requirements are satisfied, and that applicable state and federal procurement requirements are met.
